Session 2: Social media masterclass – Social media and marketing guru Nick Fountain discusses how operators can harness the power of social media to boost business.

Session 3: In conversation with Nell’s Pizza – Husband and wife team Jonny and Charlotte Heyes on their NYC-style pizza joint Nell’s, which currently has three sites in Manchester and a fourth on the way.

Session 4: A guide to menu optimisation - Menu guru Annica Wainwright, co-founder of 2Forks, shares her tips on how to improve your offer, grow spend and create better customer experiences

Session 5: The evolution of the food hall – Market Operations founders Nick Johnson MBE and Jenny Thompson MBE (the duo behind Altrincham Market and Mackie Mayor) discuss the evolution of the food hall in the UK and reveal what they look for when searching for operators to take up residence at one of their markets.
